Who We Are
Since 1999, Chicken Kitchen has provided our local community with a variety of chicken options in Miami, FL, where we felt the choices for fried chicken were limited. Our commitment to making the most of every meal is at the heart of all we do, from choosing where we get our food to how we provide it with you.
When we started Chicken Kitchen, our vision was to offer delicious food made from quality ingredients. We’ve followed that vision by partnering with local vendors in Miami to source and deliver fresh chicken and produce, which we prepare every day to maintain quality.
Our Food
Our chicken is all natural with no artificial ingredients; hatched, raised and harvested in the US.
We marinate the all-white meat chicken breast in buttermilk for 24 hours before coating it with our homemade breading – a unique blend of different flours and spices that was perfected over the years in our founder’s mom’s kitchen.
Topped with one of our many homemade savory sauces, our chicken delivers something special from the first bite.

I visited Chicken Kitchen Downtown Miami, annnnd I'm really glad I did. As always when I go there they NEVER disappoint. The food is always fresh, workstations are very clean and the servers don't make you feel as if you don't matter. They listen and try to accommodate your request. The manager/owner is ALWAYS sooo very nice and friendly, he makes sure you are pleased with your order by making sure you see it before it goes in the bag. If you want fresh, clean, and healthy food Chicken Kitchen Downtown Miami is your place to go.

The store manager Juan is amazing at running the store. I had not been to a CK in a while so I was excited to have lunch with a friend here. The food was fresh, the sauces were on point and the staff was quick and friendly.
The dining room was clean and we were able to have a great super casual lunch.
Obviously the pricing is amazing considering it being downtown and the bowls are very filling. I will be visiting again for sure.

This restaurant in Downtown is a gem. The food is delicious, healthy, and affordable. I love that there is an option to order online so that I can quickly pass by to pick up my food, but there is also seating available for people who want to dine in. I continue to recommend this place to my coworkers.

I decided to have dinner at this location today, at the moment I walked in the manager greeted me with a smile, both gentlemen were very welcoming. Everything was a top standard and the food was fresh and delicious. Totally recommend this chicken kitchen.

Chicken kitchen is one of my favorite restaurant to go to this was my first time at this location and my experience was awesome. The server’s were very committed to great service and were very friendly the atmosphere was awesome as well. And the food was also great everything was fresh and tasty the chicken was very moist and flavorful, I totally would recommend this location.

Me and my co-workers and I have Chicken Kitchen at least 3 times a week. We usually go at lunchtime when it's usually the busiest. The staff does a great job providing friendly and fast service even with the rush. The food is also fresh at all times. The manager does a great job managing his team during the lunch rush.

Just moved to downtown and I visit this location every night, this place is amazing, if I could give more than five stars I would. Not only the food is amazing but the service and hospitality is great, the gentleman with the beard takes my order every night he is always very attentive and detailed oriented and working hard making it a truly one of a kind experience, you have a great employee.

My first time here. ordering the food was a not easy. The menu had no pictures so wasn't sure what I'd get. Chicken breast was dry. They grill it in advance and let it sit until a customer arrives. The server dices the chicken and measures it in a cup. A few pieces of chicken did not fit in the cup but he didn't serve those! Wasn't happy with portion size. Chicken is bland so ask for a sauce. I had the garlic sauce for flavour. It came with mashed potatoes and lettuce. Potatoes tasted good. Food is healthy. Other customers were ordering bowls like chicken and salad or rice and beans.

As a regular at the downtown location of Chicken Kitchen, I am always treated with outstanding service. The team here always prepares my food quickly and always hands me my food with a smile on their face. The food is nutritious. In fact, the No-Carb Chop Chop has helped me lose a lot of weight. I recommend this restaurant as a healthy alternative to fast food.

This Location is the best chicken kitchen that I have ever been to. The team members provide excellent service and work at a steady pace.
